These terms apply to your use of InsuranceCare.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by InsuranceCare Ltd ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. What This Site Is

InsuranceCare.co.uk is a UK-focused information and lead-introduction website covering commercial vehicle insurance. We publish educational content and, where you choose to submit an enquiry, pass your details to FCA-authorised brokers and/or insurers who may contact you about your options.

2. We Do Not Provide Regulated Insurance Advice

InsuranceCare is not an insurer, insurance broker, or financial adviser, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).* Nothing on this Site constitutes advice, a recommendation, or an arrangement of insurance. Any advice, quotation, recommendation, or policy sale is provided solely by the FCA-authorised firm you're matched with, not by us.

3. Partner Disclosure

If you submit an enquiry, we may share your information with FCA-authorised brokers and/or insurers on our partner panel, and we may be paid by those firms for doing so (a fee, a share of revenue, or a similar arrangement, depending on the firm). 4. No Guarantee of Quote, Contact, or Acceptance

We do not guarantee that submitting an enquiry will result in being contacted, being offered a quotation, or being accepted for any policy. Whether a broker or insurer contacts you, and on what terms, is entirely at their discretion.

5. Accuracy of Content

We aim to keep our content accurate and up to date (see our Editorial Policy), but insurance products, prices, and regulations change. Nothing on this Site should be relied on as a substitute for confirming current information directly with a broker or insurer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our enquiry forms
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or submit data to the Site, other than standard search engine indexing
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, guides, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to InsuranceCare Ltd, unless otherwise stated. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish, or scrape our content without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsuranceCare Ltd's liability to you arising from your use of the Site is limited to [LIABILITY CAP — e.g. "£100" or "the amount, if any, you have paid us directly," noting that most visitors pay nothing]. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or products of any broker or insurer you are matched with — your relationship with them is separate from, and governed by their own terms, not ours.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our Site or how we've handled your enquiry, contact us at complaints@insurancecare.co.uk and we'll aim to respond within 5 business days. Complaints about a broker's or insurer's advice, quote, or service should be directed to that firm directly, or to the Financial Ombudsman Service if unresolved.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
