This notice explains what personal information InsuranceCare.co.uk ("InsuranceCare," "we," "us") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

Who We Are

InsuranceCare.co.uk is operated by InsuranceCare Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15982734, with its registered office at 123 London Road, London, EC1A 1BB, United Kingdom.

What Information We Collect

If you submit an enquiry through our site, we collect:

• First name and surname
• Business name (where applicable)
• Email address
• Phone number
• Postcode
• Vehicle type and use category (e.g. courier, taxi/private hire, public hire, HGV/haulage, fleet, tradesman van)
• Number of vehicles (as a band, e.g. 1, 2, 3–5, 6–10, 11+)
• Callback preference and urgency
• Your consent choices

We do not ask for, and do not want you to send us, sensitive details such as your date of birth, licence issue date, claims history, driving convictions, or health information at the enquiry stage. Any such information should only be shared directly with a broker or insurer once you're in contact with them.

We also collect standard website usage data (such as pages visited and general location inferred from IP address) through analytics and call-tracking tools, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why We Collect It and Our Lawful Basis

Who We Share Your Information With

If you submit an enquiry and consent to being contacted, we share your information with FCA-authorised insurance brokers and/or insurers from our partner panel who specialise in the type of cover you've enquired about. See our current panel categories on our Broker Partners page.

We also use the following categories of processor to operate the site and process enquiries, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• CRM and lead-routing software
• Call-tracking software
• Website hosting and analytics providers
• Email and SMS delivery providers (only where you've given specific consent)

• We do not sell your information to anyone outside this named/categorised panel and processor list, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond what's described in this notice.*

International Transfers

Some of the organisations we work with may be based outside the UK. Where this involves a restricted transfer under UK GDPR, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as an International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent transfer risk assessment.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless we're required to keep it for longer for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you (subject access)
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to restrict how we use your information
• Object to how we use your information, including for direct marketing
• Ask for your information in a portable format
